Our philosophy

The Rendertech culture has developed over many years, but is deeply rooted in the same enduring principles;

Integrity – you may be our customers, supplier or competitor, it doesn’t matter.  We pride ourselves on being true to our word.

Loyalty – again, no matter who you are we will work actively with you to achieve the best outcome for all parties.

Professionalism – we ask our clients to spend significant capital with us, and our suppliers to produce/supply high value items; we owe it to them to act responsibly and professionally in our business activities.

Health & Safety – We believe it is an ethical responsibility as a business to act in a manner and produce solutions which prevents harm both during installation and into the future.  We have a comprehensive Health & Safety system actively driven by the company directors and adhered to by our team.

Customer focus – we don’t sell products, we sell our reputation and solutions.  We view our clients as long term partners of our and we know our actions on each transaction will be used to judge us in the future.

Quality not quantity – We get the job done right the first time.  To do this we believe in doing the work up front during the quoting stage so we manage the project deliverables against a realistic and achievable target looking at time, scope and cost.
