Rendertech has worked with Synlait Milk since 2008, providing Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) solutions at three major plants. This latest system is designed to process 100 m³/hr of wastewater.
Prime Range Meats is a privately owned company in Invercargill that processes beef and lamb. Its new owners needed to increase capacity, and commissioned Rendertech to design and install a new rendering plant reusing some of the existing equipment, while combining it with new equipment to meet today’s higher environmental standards and for higher plant throughput.
This 10,000m³ bolted-steel liquid storage tank is one of two that Rendertech has supplied to Tauranga City Council to meet the city’s fast-growing demand for water. Sited in the residential area of Pyes Pa, it had to look good as well as meet regulations.
With a clear site and a state-of-the-art new plant, Rendertech assisted Mataura Valley Milk in designing and installing new tanks for
potable water and wastewater storage that needed to be low maintenance and durable.

Rendertech has completed the design, manufacture and equipment installation for Alliance Group’s new $25 million Lorneville rendering plant.
