TONY MOTU
I am a PMP® certified project manager with more than 30 years’ experience in Australasia, the Pacific, South East Asia, the Middle East and China. I manage a diverse range of project activities at Rendertech, from tendering, project and cost management, and capacity planning through to commissioning, whilst ensuring all quality assurance and health and safety responsibilities are met. I have green and brown field construction experience managing interconnected functions including procurement, fabrication, field installation, civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical/programming activities.
I joined Rendertech in 1994 and spent 14 years installing and developing processing plants before moving abroad to apply my skills to the extractive processes of mining and metals, oil and gas. In 2017, I rejoined the Rendertech team with the goal to deliver high-value engineered solutions at a competitive cost, applying my knowledge and experience from my work abroad. My project management style is very people-focused: I stay in close communication with my clients to ensure they are kept up to date and involved with the project at every step, confirming we’re always on track and fulfilling project goals.
